We offer free international shipping on all orders.

Delivery Time: Please allow 5–14 business days for delivery.
Order Processing: In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: These take approximately 2 weeks to be lovingly crafted and shipped.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Customs & Import Duties

While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, some country-specific customs procedures may cause delays that are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and include an invoice for customs.
By placing an order with Zaira Nova, you accept responsibility for these charges.
If you have concerns, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Returns Policy

We want you to fall in love with your Zaira Nova pieces!

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of your order date for international orders.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Made-to-order crochet pieces are handmade just for you and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Final Sale: Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or using store credit are final and not eligible for return.
All orders go through a triple quality check before shipping.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team. Please contact us first to initiate a return.
Any customs fees incurred during return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Natural Dyes & Fabrics

We believe in eco-conscious fashion.

We use natural plant dyes and sustainably sourced fabrics.
You may notice slight variations in fabric thickness or dye shade — this is part of the beauty and uniqueness of each piece.
Only natural fibers like bamboo, linen, and silk hold plant dyes.
Synthetic blends may not be included in naturally dyed items, except in limited cases (e.g. select knitwear).
Occasionally, natural fabrics may show tiny spots that hold less color — this is a rare and natural occurrence, not a defect.

Order Speed

To avoid waste, we stock in limited quantities and often make items to order.

Please allow 1 week for production and 1 week for delivery (minimum 2 weeks total).
Additional customs delays may apply depending on your location.
